Asalam Alaykum Warahmatullah wabarakatuh dear sisters,Alhamdulillah Allah has given me another moment to write again.

While reading a post from mindfulness website i came across this post having a long form of each word in the word "THINK"....
How many of us think before we speak?? well i have to admit not every time i do so especially when am so down like i really want to take it out of my chest.Lets try to analyse each word next time before we speak.All the best!!!
