Be Happy

Asalam alaykum warahmatullah wabarakatuh dear sisters,

Alhamdulillah its another sunny day,so bright and full of positive energy, looking forward to being more and more happy. To be happy is all i want to be in life.

Today's topic is going  to be about maintaing that happy mood you had from the time you wake up till when you go back home,it might sound impossible i know due to how life has become these days like literally "money  and possession of most expensive materials things has become the source of happiness and the best way to choose friends and family members or who knows who" but what does one of the principles of economics tells us  before i go to religion."In every opportunity there is a forgone cost",this means one has to foregone something in order to get something and stop being brain washed that everything we see people possessing came easily or lather just appeared ,work hard, devote your time and ideas you will get there  someday In shaa Allah . Allah created the first human being and gave him land  and brains he did not give him money.Money is a result of efforts and devotions be it  education, work, small business or large.

Yes it is true already identified opportunities have been ideally blocked by those who are monopolising the industry but remember Allah gave humans brains as our biggest assets. My mama always tells me this story i wonder where she got it from but it always helps to keep me focus"A farmer goes to the farm with seeds in his hands and tears that he has nothing but in returning he comes back smiling,no more tears and with a lot of harvests which he can even convert them into money by selling.

Therefore staying happy for a long time consider doing the following;

1.Find out what you really like to do

This is the most important tip as it can generate enormous and sustained amounts of happiness without you sweating. Some examples may include meeting new people, helping others, physical exercise like skipping rope in the morning, listening to Quran, teaching Quran to kids, attending darsa and workshops, cooking etc

2.Go deeper,learn more

Over the years I have time after time discovered how enthusiasm can work. If you are not enthusiastic it is often because you don’t know enough about the person/topic/job. It’s easy to get stuck in preconceptions about something or someone. But if you go deeper, you will often find fascinating stuff that will spark your enthusiasm. So just start, get going and a lot of the time enthusiasm will find you along the way.

3. See what’s positive in any situation.

Then build on that to get your happiness going. Perhaps it’s just a thing or two. But that glimmer of positivity can be a starting point to change your perspective to a more positive one where you can find happiness. And whatever the situation you are in will often be easier and more pleasurable to handle.

4. Get happy vibe from other people.

Communication with other people, there are people who seems cheerful and optimistic about life, they may not have food or other basic needs but in their conservations they sound happy and always grateful.Stick around them, and get them to talk about what they are enthusiastic about. Happiness is contagious, so use that fact to help yourself (and others when you are feeling enthusiastic).

5. Act yourself into an enthusiastic state.

Emotions work backwards too. Move and talk like you do when you are happy. Take the actions that you take when you are happy. And soon acting as you would like to feel will actually make you feel happy.

6. Keep your energy up.

It takes energy to be happy. So if you are having trouble feeling that emotion then it might be because one or more basic energy problems. So get enough sleep. Eat well and not more or less than enough. Work out.Drink pletty of water.

7. Be careful with your information intake.

Negative and apathetic voices from media or people around you can quickly drain your happiness. Replace such intake with more enthusiastic and positive sources. Don't let your happiness drown in a sea of negative voices. Please this does not mean we should segregate people but we have to be careful to who we are listening at, there are people who always like complaining and talk of negative things which will just end up draining you instead of boosting your energy.

Till next time In shaa Allah,
